Merchants

Merchanting space is available.

Merchant space is free, but limited to 10'x10' per merchant.
Merchant entrance fee is the same as the event fee.
Merchants must complete their application by 13 December 2024 to secure vendor space.
All registration payments must be received by 31 December 2024. If payment is NOT received by the deadline there is no guarantee of vending space.
After receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation letter and merchant passes via email.
Cancellation policy is per Kingdom policy (written notice must be submitted to the autocrat, and all refunds will be processed after the event has concluded).
Site setup for Merchants begins at 8am on Saturday 11 January 2025. All merchants must be packed up by 4:30pm to allow for setup of the evenings festivities.
The merchant space is not a secured space. Items left in the space are at the merchant’s own risk.
The following items may not be sold: Alcohol, Food items, drink items (in unsealed containers), messy items that may get in the carpet.
Please do not attach anything to the walls of the event space.
If you wish to decorate your booth in accordance with the theme (Roman market), please do so!
