Merchanting space is available.
  • Merchant space is free, but limited to 10'x10' per merchant.
  • Merchant entrance fee is the same as the event fee.
  • Merchants must complete their application by 13 December 2024 to secure vendor space.
  • All registration payments must be received by 31 December 2024. If payment is NOT received by the deadline there is no guarantee of vending space.
  • After receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation letter and merchant passes via email.
  • Cancellation policy is per Kingdom policy (written notice must be submitted to the autocrat, and all refunds will be processed after the event has concluded).
  • Site setup for Merchants begins at 8am on Saturday 11 January 2025. All merchants must be packed up by 4:30pm to allow for setup of the evenings festivities.
  • The merchant space is not a secured space. Items left in the space are at the merchant’s own risk.
  • The following items may not be sold: Alcohol, Food items, drink items (in unsealed containers), messy items that may get in the carpet.
  • Please do not attach anything to the walls of the event space.
  • If you wish to decorate your booth in accordance with the theme (Roman market), please do so!
